Terms and Conditions for City Order Applications
Effective Date: June 23, 2025
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications and services provided by City Order Company including:
City Order (Customer App)
City Delivery (Delivery App)
City Restaurant (Restaurant Owner App)
By downloading, installing, or using any of the above applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
"City Order", "we", "our", or "us" refers to City Order Company.
"User", "you", or "your" refers to anyone who accesses or uses our apps.
"Services" means the features and functionalities made available through our mobile apps.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use the app. For age-restricted purchases (e.g., alcohol or tobacco), you must comply with local age laws and verification requirements.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
You agree not to:
Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Upload or transmit any viruses or malicious code
Interfere with the security or operation of the platform
We aim to keep the apps operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. City Order may suspend or modify services without prior notice.
Prices listed on the apps are in THB and reflect actual restaurant pricing.
Orders can be cancelled before food preparation starts.
Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.
Refunds are only issued at the discretion of City Order or the restaurant.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
You are responsible for providing correct delivery address and availability.
Failure to receive the order due to incorrect information or absence may result in cancellation without refund.
All content including logos, trademarks, images, and app features are owned by City Order or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce them without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
City Order is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays in delivery due to weather, traffic, or technical issues
Misuse of the services or third-party content
You agree to indemnify and hold City Order harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unsuccessful, they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Myanmar.
City Order may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
